The Town of Wilson is seeking bids for dredging 12-mile creek, bids must be made by March 3rd.
Bids must be made directly at the Town Hall.
We would like to remind everyone that The Wilson Town Hall will be closed this upcoming Monday, February 16th, in observance of Presidents' Day. Our regular hours will resume Tuesday, February 17th.
Please note that there will be a public hearing at the Town Board meeting on 1/21/26 regarding Wandering Gypsy. The Board Meeting begins at 7 PM, on 1/21/26 and will be held in the Wilson Town Hall's court room.

$20 Annual Renewal Fee
Dog Renewal - Spayed Male/Female:
$15 Annual Renewal Fee
Dog Impounding Fees:
1st Impoundment of year - $75
2nd Impoundment of year - $100
3rd Impoundment of year - $250
24 hr. feeding / shelter - $25 per day, increases by day
Vet Care while in Impoundment – Fee as determined by vet passed to owner
Unredeemed Dog - $75
Bounced/Returned Check (For Payments):
$25 per check
Marriage License Application process Fee:
$50 fee
Refuse Tote Fee:
$140 fee per tote
Annual Refuse Tote Pickup Fee:
$60 annual fee per tote pickup (applies to each additional tote per residence)
Recycling Tote Fee:
$90 fee per tote

A proposed four-year term rate for Niagara County Legislatures is to be voted on.
The Wilson Community Library Budget has an approved budget increase of $34,830,00 for the upcoming year.
The last time the budget was increased was in 2015, at which it was $99,513,00.
The 2026 approved budget is set to be $134,343,00.
Over The Past several months there have been Numerous excavation and building projects within the municipality of Wilson. All Architects, Contractors, and Homeowners Should check before removing and or moving the spoils, and dirt material from the wok site. The Town's Municipality Code does restrict the movement of some of these materials and could require a permit.
DOG RENEWALS ARE DUE EVERY YEAR JUST LIKE TAXES, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A LETTER IN THE MAIL YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE IT'S PAID ON TIME.
IF YOUR FUR BABY HAS PASSED, IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY, THE TOWN SO YEARLY LETTERS ARE NOT CIRCULATED. HELP KEEP THE RECORDS UP TO DATE IF YOU MOVE OR HAVE CHANGED OWNERS, PLEASE INFORM THE TOWN OF WILSON OF ANY CHANGES SO WE HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION.
